Avicultural Data

Status in Aviculture: This species was once kept in good numbers in American aviculture, but it is doubtful any remain.

Clutch Size: 4 to 10

Incubation Period: 19-20 days

Misc. Aviculture Notes: As mentioned, it is doubtful that this species remains in American aviculture and I do not have data from Europe or elsewhere. It is possible that this species will be kept once again one day. Being in good numbers in the wild, there could be hopes of importing them in the future. If someone can shed some light on their avicultural status, please let me know.
