Membership in the Georgia Game Bird Breeders Association provides many benefits. In addition to the bird sales and auctions that take place at our quarterly meetings, members also have plenty of time to fellowship with old friends, and meet new ones. Our members are always happy to share their knowledge with each other as well as learn from our special guest speakers. Your membership also entitles you to a year long subscription to our quarterly publication The Hatcher. In it you will find useful information in articles written by our members and other respected individuals. In each edition, members may place free advertisements for birds or supplies they wish to sell or purchase. In addition, you will receive a copy of the GGBBA Membership Directory containing a listing of our members and their contact information, as well as a listing of the birds they raise.
Georgia Game Bird Breeders Association offers two classes of membership: Individual and Family. Memberships are open to any person in agreement with and willing to conduct himself/herself in a manner conducive to the intent and purpose of the Bylaws of the Georgia Game Bird Breeders Association. Membership dues, for either class, are $20.00 and all memberships run from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
Individual memberships entitle the named member to full membership benefits and, if sixteen years of age or older, full voting rights.
Family memberships include all immediate family members living as one household, but shall entitle only two designated members to full membership benefits and, if sixteen years of age or older, full voting rights.
