Avicultural Data

Misc. Aviculture Notes: I have found conflicting reports regarding this species in captivity. They are not Masked Bobwhites, which are a distinct subspecies of the Northern Bobwhite Colinus virginianus. Past articles report this species in American aviaries in the early 1980s, but their where-abouts, status and purity is unknown.
